In love with Golapi, Subratagolapi.
Down the slopes of the hill with the waves in reels!
Shaking my mind and yours in love!
You and all, stand straight and tall.
In your side from the hill, now in a line!
That bent not and curved even not.
Not even wavy but speaks volume of the words!
What you and all, making a call;
For a love and a life with a love,
Wide and loud, writ large in your way,
From the hill of love in the straight line!

গোলাপীর ভালবাসায় সুব্রত গোলাপী।
পাহাড়ের কোল থেকে নেমে আসে সেই তরঙ্গ,
তোমার আমার মনকে নাড়া দিতে!
তুমি, আমি আর সকলেই সেই পাহাড়ের দিকেই
তাকিয়ে সোজা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে আছি।
পাহাড়ের ওপর থেকে নেমে এসে তরঙ্গ, বয়ে নিয়ে আসে ভালোবাসা!
সরল রেখায়, সোজা তোমার আর আমার মনে!
অন্য সকলকেই একই ভাবে আমাদের মত দাঁড় করিয়ে রেখে!
একই দিকে একই সাথে সেই ভালোবাসার টানে।
সেই তরঙ্গ বয়ে নিয়ে আসে ভালবাসা, তোমার আর আমার মনে!
সেই পাহাড়ের কোল থেকে,
এদিকে ওদিকে না গিয়ে, সোজা নেমে আসে তোমার আর আমার মনে।
সেই পাহাড়ের কোল থেকে সেই ভালোবাসা,
আমাকে তোমার কাছে, আরো কাছে,
বয়ে নিয়ে যায় তোমার মনের কাছে,
সোজা এক সরল রেখায়!
